Pawan Kalyan has moved a step further in his fight for welfare of Telugu people. After cyclone relief activities and fighting for farmers in Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan has now made his mind to fight for Telugu language recognition in Tamil Nadu.

In 2006, government of the neighborhood state had implemented a GO (Nirbhanda Tamil), that students of minority languages couldn't get to study in their mother tongue. Tamil Nadu Telugu Yuva Shakthi organization has begun campaigning in both the states. They recently staged dharna in Hyderabad too. Consequently, Pawan Kalyan has inquired about this. Conveying his support for Telugu speaking people in Tamil Nadu, Pawan has decided to instigate dharna in Hosur by end of this month, as per reports.

However, his protests are not against Tamil Nadu government, but to protect Telugu rights. Likewise, he is expected to meet TN chief minister Jayalalithaa soon. Interim, Pawan Kalyan cancelled Sardaar Gabbar Singh shooting to make plans to combat for Telugus in Tamil Nadu. In this way, Pawan is helping every Telugu origin citizen residing in any part of India
